PRAKRUTI……..water colour paintings of nature
Michelangelo once said “A man paints with his brains and not with his hands”……..very true.
Here is the collection of my paintings of most pure subject on the earth NATURE – Prakruti, I am novice in the field of paintings and hope to become professional one day…..believe me there is lot of fun in everything we do, not for the sake of being recognized but for the sake of sheer enjoyment of doing it……My paintings may not be more worth than the value of paints in the paintings but each paintings reminds me of the “enlightened hours” that I have spent in creating them………the very process of painting and being one with paintings is bliss……… all paintings are water colour on paper without frame. size 27 cms X 34 cms

Writing, playing chess and painting are my passions.

You are humble in saying that you are novice in painting. Picaso and many other great painters also have said they were novice. Every man is unto himself and so also his creations, be it painting, poetry or any art form. I really enjoyed seeing your paintings. Marvellous!
We are at our best when we visit our own self. I think that you are at your best because, I have seen you visiting yourself quite often and deeply. That’s why your work is always refreshing… When Your Gagarin saw our own earth from the moon,he exclaimed “Oh! My beautiful Earth!”. Recently, the moon was close to earth by some 50,000kms and it was about 30% bigger to our eyes and 30% brighter. Our media made so much of hype on this. When Gagarin saw the earth from moon it was four times brighter and bigger! That’s why Yuri said, ” My beautiful Earth”. When he returned to earth, our Osho met him and asked Yuri ‘after coming back to earth, did you ever said again,”My beautiful Earth!’”. He replied, ‘Oh, no one had asked me this question. I also went into routine works.’ We do not visit ourselves often to be afresh.
I found you very refreshing, instead. Because your thoughts are original. They are original, because, you are in constant touch with your own self.
Keep up your good work.
Warmly…., DT Barki
