Italian P.M bans BOOBS enlargement, (With)Draws underwear for “Climate Change”
December 13, 2009
London/Rome: Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has introduced legislation that will make it illegal for girls under 18 to have breast enhancement or other plastic surgery. According his advisor for Environmental science these enlarged Plastic boobs exhale more amount of carbon dioxide than the normal boobs. European Union is stressing for reduction in carbon emission in “climate change summit” at Copenhagen and in order to meet the carbon cut target Italian prime minister has taken this drastic step of reducing the size of young boobs. According to the latest figures available more than 10,000 teenage girls had surgery known as “boob Job” in 2008. Officials want to clamp down on the growing number of cases where unauthorized and authorized surgeons have caused problems with botched operations or sub standard silicon implants. The scientists feel that these silicon boobs inhale more oxygen and hence in turn they exhale more carbon dioxide. According to statistics from the Italian Society of Plastic Surgeons there are around 85,000 breast enhancement operations a year in Italy, of which 70 per cent are for aesthetic reasons. The new law will definitely reduce not only the size of young Italian girl’s boobs but also the carbon level of country. In other words natural boobs are eco friendly.
Mean while Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi made drawings of women’s underwear at a recent European Union summit on “climate change” and then passed them around to the other European leaders.
He etched women’s underwear through the ages – from Victorian bloomers to thongs – as the leaders discussed climate change at the meeting in Brussels. He was trying to figure out which type of underwear is more eco friendly and can be suited to the present era. European leaders present included Britain’s Gordon Brown, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen and EU foreign envoy Baroness Cathy Ashton. Mr. Berlusconi, 73, started drawing as the leaders discussed giving more money to help poorer nations combat the effects of climate change. He was planning to propose new underwear to the poorer countries which are more eco friendly and can adjust the climate change. At first, the other leaders thought he was making his own calculations with a view to taking part in the complex talks. Then they realized he was sketching women’s underwear which is even more complex task. Over all with reduction of boobs size and women going for ancient underwear system, the heat of Italy is likely to reduce and hence it meets the requirement of the Copenhagen “climate change Summit”.
