A Thought for: INDIAN VALENTINES

Posted by Prashant On February - 13 - 2010 Comments Off

13 February, 2010

HUBLI: Tomorrow it is once again 14th February and needless to say that it is Valentine’s Day. For the Indian youth, you don’t have to remind this day unlike republic day or Independence Day. They may not remember their parents and teachers birthday but they remember this day. Thanks to Indian media which flaunts Valentine’s Day every year. Of course Indian media is not only partially owned by western Christians but culturally also it represents western tradition and that is the reason for the attraction of youth to this culture. Few decades before we hardly knew that even Valentine’s Day existed in the world. But today we celebrate Valentine’s Day in more numbers than the Christians all across the world. Some religious organizations have been fighting against it for the years in India and even some political parties opposes to it on political ground than traditional ground. But the celebration of Valentine’s Day should be left to the youth of India. Let them decide voluntarily on this topic. The youth of India are totally ignorant of the tradition of India and they are blindly following the western culture under the influence of media which is again acting under the influence of western Christian societies. I don’t blame western society or Christian society for this. Of course they are the descendants of St.Valentine and India is totally secular country you can celebrate it. But the Indian youth who hardly know why this is being celebrated are blindly observing this day.  For the benefit of our youth who celebrate Valentine’s Day without knowing what the Valentine’s Day is all about, I am just introducing St.Valentine’s to them. If there is possibility of rebirth, St.Valentine would have loved to be born in India than in Rome. He has more supporters in India than western countries including the media and the Sonia government. And needless to say mindless youth of India. Here is St.Valentine for you. Google BUZZES: TWITTER Tweets, FACE BOOK dares

Posted by Prashant On February - 11 - 2010 Comments Off

11 February, 2010

As expected Google has at last released its new Product, Google Buzz. A new social network. Google buzz allows users update status, share web links or photos with colleagues directly via e-mail service Google, Gmail. Google of course hopes that more and more users using Gmail and attract users Facebook and Twitter. Google Buzz technology-similar to a key feature in Facebook or Twitter. Google Buzz will be enjoyed by all Gmail users. Currently, Gmail is the e-mail service popular world number three after Windows Live Hotmail and Yahoo Mail. Integration with existing social networks is critical for Buzz’s success — especially Facebook. Buzz can enjoy significant success without Facebook integration. When Google unveiled Buzz, it announced that the application will share your Twitter updates with your Buzz followers. That’s great news, but you won’t be as thrilled to learn that (at least at launch) there will be no integration with Facebook at all.

When you post a new tweet using Twitter, Google can import that tweet and send it out to your Buzz followers with the rest of your Buzz updates. You won’t have to jump through any hoops or use any back-door methods to make it happen. Twitter is officially supported by Buzz — the same is true of Flickr,Picasa,Blogger and You Tube. However, you won’t be able to publish out to Twitter using Buzz, which makes this all seem less useful. And since Buzz won’t aggregate tweets from your Twitter, you’ll still have to keep both Twitter and Buzz open to reach all your contacts across both networks. That’s disappointing, but it’s no where near as disappointing as Buzz’s completely nonexistent relationship with Facebook. While Buzz and Twitter have some connectivity, there’s none at all between Buzz and Facebook. Buzz doesn’t import your Facebook status updates. It doesn’t post updates to your Facebook feed. It doesn’t display your friends’ feed updates. There’s no Facebook connect  integration at all.

Google is going to have a difficult time building a user base when everyone who has a Facebook is concerned that they can’t see their friends’ updates. They’ll have to keep using Facebook to stay in touch with their Facebook friends.

MY NAME IS also KHAN: Rahul Gandhi

Posted by Prashant On February - 9 - 2010 Comments Off

February 9, 2010

Mumbai: Last Friday Rahul Gandhi traveled in local train in support of ShahRukh’s new movie MY NAME IS KHAN. Though politically it was said to be anti shivsena campaign in reality he was there to support ShahRukh Khan and he was doing publicity for MY NAME IS KHAN movie which is releasing on 12th February. Needless to say that both Gandhi & Khan hail from New Delhi & are good friends. And Rahul has more affinity towards Khan than hatred ness towards Shivsena.

Many people in India, especially the younger generation may not be aware that actually Rahul is also from a Khan family. Their grand father (Feroze Khan Gandhi) changed his surname to Gandhi in order to marry Nehru girl Indira. And Gandhi was most popular name in politics then as Khan is now in bollywood. But there was only one Gandhi (Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi) during that period unlike three Khans’ in bollywood now. Now that once again Khans in India are more popular, Rahul should not hesitate to use his forefathers forgotten surname ‘Khan’ for political purpose. Of course he has every right to be Khan than Gandhi. And his sympathy towards khan is not surprising either. Though politically he wants to prove that he is secular and in reality his forefather’s family is most secular family in the history of India and needless to say that it is the source for the present Pseudo secularism in India. The youth of India who consider Rahul as their political icon and future of Indian politics should know his family back ground. Youth should never forget the history and hidden truth in making that history. A country which forgets its history has no future. Similarly it is duty of the youth to know the background of their political icons and their commitment and sincerity to the growth of the nation. It would be right if Rahul claims that his Name is also KHAN…You want to know why? Read the rest of this entry »

Hindu gods found berth in US mail

Posted by Prashant On February - 2 - 2010 Comments Off

February 3, 2010

Washington: Can you imagine Indian government headed by congress party releasing official Indian postal stamps having picture of Lord Ganapati on the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi? I know you can’t imagine and this is not possible in India at all. Our mind is politically secular and thinking of such act even in our dream is also a communal in India. We are the people of the country where we could not construct a temple for a lord Rama even at his birth place; forget about having these gods on our government postal stamps. We are proud for being Hindu and we boast our culture and tradition as most ancient one and we are among the first civilization to spread civilization throughout the world and the world acknowledges it with great respect. Yet we restrain to practice Hinduism with fear that it may hurt other’s religious feelings and they may not vote for us in the next election. In India politics is above the religion and talking religiously about religion is communal.

But this is not the case in United State of America. Atlanta based company in United State headed by an Indian American has launched a series of legally valid custom-made postage stamps. The first of these 44-cent stamps featuring SriKrishna, Shiva-Parvathi, Lakshmi, Lord Venkateshwara, Murugan, Vinayaka and Sai Baba were issued by usa-postage.com. Believe me it is not communal launching Hindu gods stamp in Christian dominated land but it is in Hindustan. After all it for the Indian community in US and don’t get surprised if you receive a letter with Lord Ventatesh stamp on it from your cousin from US. It must be from Texas not from telangana. “We are proud to serve the Indian community in USA with postage that reflects its culture, heritage and religious beliefs,” says USA-Postage.com. Of course our culture, heritage and religious beliefs are for foreigners to feel proud. We are ashamed even to flaunt it in Hindustan and if you try to do that then you are communal and you are trying to disturb the secular Indian society and its communal harmony.

We should be thankful to the USA Postage company for launching such postal stamps in US and keep reminding the Indian people in US about their gods. Otherwise our brothers and sisters who stay in America will only wish us on Christmas Eve. The youth of India are already attracted by western countries and if we keep neglecting our gods publicly then they will permanently settle in States. And what do we call these gods then? NRGI- non resident gods of India or non returnable gods of India.  Of course they will visit India once in Ganesh Festival and Deepavali as per their turn provided external affairs department of India gives them VISA. And if congress government feels that Lord Venkateshwar’s visit may add fuel to Telangana issue then they may deny the VISA on security grounds.  It is not a joke. That day is not far when we may have to search these gods in google to know more about them. Don’t get surprised if one day some other country takes patent for worshipping these gods and claim their rights on them. What we would do then? I don’t know about you but congress government would be relieved as opposition party BJP can’t use these gods in future election. Read the rest of this entry »

“I thought I’m tampering Modi’s ball” Afridi

Posted by Prashant On February - 1 - 2010 Comments Off

February 1, 2010

Perth: Pakistani all-rounder Shahid Afridi  says he tried to tamper with the ball during a match against Australia on Sunday because he was “frustrated” first with IPL bidding, for not buying a single player from Pakistan. And then, when there was a bit of pressure from Indian government on IPL to take Pakistani players, suddenly the Pakistani government cancelled the NOC (no objection certificate) given to all its players. And in the mean time their team was losing all the one dayers against Australia with worry of the money they lost for not getting chance in IPL. All these developments frustrated Afridi and he concluded that the man behind this Pakistan Cricket’s misery is none other than IPL chair person Lalit Modi. Read the rest of this entry »

Haryana: A couple got married three years ago and now they are blessed with lovely son and they were enjoying happily married life. Suddenly the panchayat of village said that the ‘gotra’ of both of them is same and hence they can’t continue as wife and husband in future and they ordered them to live like brother and sister. This incident happened in Rohtak, Haryana.

Satish Berwal of Kheri village in this district was married to Kavita, a resident of Bhagi village in Jhajjar district, three years ago. The couple also has a 10-month-old boy. This decision was taken in the panchayat meeting that lasted over six-hours on Saturday at Kheri. “Kavita is from Beniwal gotra whereas the groom is from Berwal gotra. In our village, people from these two gotras cannot marry each other as they are considered brother and sister. Read the rest of this entry »

KPCC to consult IPCC on State BJP government’s MELT DOWN

Posted by Prashant On January - 29 - 2010 Comments Off

January 29, 2010

Bangalore:  KPCC (Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee) chief Shri.R.V.Deshpande has decided to consult IPCC (intergovernmental panel on climate change) president Rajendra Prachauri on present status of solid state of BJP government in Karnataka  and wants to know is there any possibility of  melt down of state government in near future. Ever since the BJP government has come to the power in the state congress is losing its strength day by day and lotus footage is drastically spreading in the state. He is likely to take up this matter with Mr. Prachauri during his next visit to Delhi in February as Deshpande is more worried about lotus footage in the state than the carbon footage of the country.  Mr.Deshpande is visiting Delhi to discuss the probable candidates for different wards of Hubli-Dharwad (ward in charge) and to finalize some committee heads for local bodies with consent of high command smt.Sonia Gandhi as per the congress routine policy.

Rajendra Prachauri led IPCC has earlier stated that Himalayan glaciers will melt down by 2035 due to global warming, which scientists later on termed as wrong prediction and even IPCC had linked hurricanes of Florida and North Karnataka floods to the global climatic change. Now it is said that the rate of Himalayan glaciers melting is too slow and hence there is no question of disappearing before Prachauri disappears from IPCC. Even IPCC had said that 40% of Brazilian rainforests in Amazon are threatened by the global climate change but later on it was revealed that IPCC had taken this report from world wildlife fund Read the rest of this entry »

NO VOTE for BURQA

January 26, 2010

New Delhi: Supreme Court of India has made it clear that women cannot be issued voter identity cards if they refuse to lift their Burqa in the photograph of identity card. Of course the identity cards with photo are for individual’s identity purpose and if every woman takes photo with burqa on the face then all women who wear burqa will have same photo on the identity card and that individual identity card becomes universal identity card and any body with burqa on the face can use it. You can always say it is me behind the burqa. You can have a single photo for every card for all the women shown in above picture, just change name, address and copy paste the same photo on every card. In that case Nandan Nilekani, the chairman of Unique identification Authority of India will have very easy job to do. Read the rest of this entry »

Attacks on Indians inspired by Raj Thackeray: Aus

Posted by Prashant On January - 23 - 2010 Comments Off

January 23, 2010

Melbourne: The Australian authorities have made it clear to the Indian government that the racial attacks which are taking place in Australia are actually inspired by the Raj Thackeray and Bal Thackeray. According to the sources within the external affairs department of Australia, they had conducted research on these racial attacks on Indians and they have found that these attacks on Indians are indeed inspired by Indians. And the attacks on Indian cab drivers in Australia is clear indication that Australians are not happy with maharashtra government’s rule that only Marathi people should have permit to drive taxi ( cab ) in Mumbai. According to them when in Mumbai- India, if other state people are not allowed to drive taxi /cab, then how can we allow Indians to drive cab in Melbourne, Australia? Read the rest of this entry »
