Bangalore: KPCC (Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee) chief Shri.R.V.Deshpande has decided to consult IPCC (intergovernmental panel on climate change) president Rajendra Prachauri on present status of solid state of BJP government in Karnataka and wants to know is there any possibility of melt down of state government in near future. Ever since the BJP government has come to the power in the state congress is losing its strength day by day and lotus footage is drastically spreading in the state. He is likely to take up this matter with Mr. Prachauri during his next visit to Delhi in February as Deshpande is more worried about lotus footage in the state than the carbon footage of the country. Mr.Deshpande is visiting Delhi to discuss the probable candidates for different wards of Hubli-Dharwad (ward in charge) and to finalize some committee heads for local bodies with consent of high command smt.Sonia Gandhi as per the congress routine policy.
Rajendra Prachauri led IPCC has earlier stated that Himalayan glaciers will melt down by 2035 due to global warming, which scientists later on termed as wrong prediction and even IPCC had linked hurricanes of Florida and North Karnataka floods to the global climatic change. Now it is said that the rate of Himalayan glaciers melting is too slow and hence there is no question of disappearing before Prachauri disappears from IPCC. Even IPCC had said that 40% of Brazilian rainforests in Amazon are threatened by the global climate change but later on it was revealed that IPCC had taken this report from world wildlife fund Read the rest of this entry »

New Delhi: Supreme Court of India has made it clear that women cannot be issued voter identity cards if they refuse to lift their Burqa in the photograph of identity card. Of course the identity cards with photo are for individual’s identity purpose and if every woman takes photo with burqa on the face then all women who wear burqa will have same photo on the identity card and that individual identity card becomes universal identity card and any body with burqa on the face can use it. You can always say it is me behind the burqa. You can have a single photo for every card for all the women shown in above picture, just change name, address and copy paste the same photo on every card. In that case Nandan Nilekani, the chairman of Unique identification Authority of India will have very easy job to do. Read the rest of this entry »

Melbourne: The Australian authorities have made it clear to the Indian government that the racial attacks which are taking place in Australia are actually inspired by the Raj Thackeray and Bal Thackeray. According to the sources within the external affairs department of Australia, they had conducted research on these racial attacks on Indians and they have found that these attacks on Indians are indeed inspired by Indians. And the attacks on Indian cab drivers in Australia is clear indication that Australians are not happy with maharashtra government’s rule that only Marathi people should have permit to drive taxi ( cab ) in Mumbai. According to them when in Mumbai- India, if other state people are not allowed to drive taxi /cab, then how can we allow Indians to drive cab in Melbourne, Australia? Read the rest of this entry »

Mumbai: Are you unemployed? Can you speak, read and write Marathi? Are you resident of Maharashtra since last 15 years? ……If your answer is yes for all the three questions then don’t worry you have got a job. You can be taxi driver in Mumbai as per the new law proposed by congress government and endorsed by opposition party leader Raj Thackeray. You can learn driving the taxi later on but first get permit because you are Marathi manoos. Don’t worry about the other better jobs, they are for outsiders. There are lots of people from Bihar, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Karnataka who will take those jobs. After all Mumbai is for all but taxi driver job is only for Marathi people. It is reserved for Marathi manoos. All local jobs should go to Marathi people and let the global and corporate jobs be given to outsiders. This is what MNS wants and that is what congress is proposing. Local employment for local people is demand of these “sons of the Marathi soil”. The government may come out with even more such policies in future making so many things mandatory for Marathi people and it wants to do it before Raj Thackeray starts acting on it. After all it is vote bank policy. And everybody wants votes of Marathi manoos. Read the rest of this entry »

Mumbai: Eleven Pakistani Cricketers who won the world cup T20 championship were not sold in the recent IPL auction for 2010. Cricketing fans across the India and the world are less hurt than the Pakistani players. Indian franchises said they do not wanted to take risk by bidding Pakistani players as they are not sure about their participation. Franchises might have feared that if some terrorist attack at some corner of India takes place before the beginning of IPL and Bal Thackeray would say he will not allow a single Pakistani player to play in India then what would they do with them after paying so much money. They will not be allowed even to carry the drinks on the field. Quite logical and business oriented decision by IPL franchises. Read the rest of this entry »

San Francisco: Google has at last decided close down its search engine in China by declaring that it will stop censoring search results on its Chinese website. In a surprise announcement, the group issued a veiled attack at Chinese censors and said it was prepared to shut down its operations there entirely if the authorities do not allow it to create an unfiltered search engine. The company courted controversy in 2006 when it launched in China but, as a concession to the Communist government, agreed to filter the results available on its website for “inappropriate” content. It does not operate such filters in other major countries. And now at last after four years of service in china it is fed up with Chinese hackers who are primarily targeting the gmail accounts of human rights activists, google has decided not to censor its internet search results and if required it is ready to totally pull out its business from china soil. Good move google, you dared to do it and you have placed ethics above the business. Others should learn from you. Other companies like Yahoo, Microsoft, Intel corp., Cisco systems, Adobe Systems Inc, Juniper Networks Inc and Rackspace Hosting Inc have also faced this problem but they are not inclined to express it and don’t want to lose their china market. New Delhi: After Nepal held the world’s highest Cabinet meeting in December 2009 wearing oxygen masks on the slopes of Mount Everest to highlight the danger that global warming poses to Himalayan glaciers and Members of the Maldives’ Cabinet donned scuba gear in October 2009 at an underwater meeting staged to highlight the threat of global warming to the lowest-lying nation on earth, the Indian parliament is seriously considering to conduct its cabinet meeting in the summer some where away from Delhi to highlight its threat from terrorists but not for global warming. India is warmer off late by terrorist attack and intrusion by militants than global warming. India is more worried about terrorist footage in its territory than carbon footage. Government is likely to finalize the cabinet meeting spot at line of control ( L.O.C) to draw the attention of the world towards terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir and to prove the world that Pakistan is indeed sending terrorist thru’ LOC to unrest Indian peace process. But the government is yet to finalize this as some parliament members are insisting on conducting meeting at L.A.C (Line of Actual Control) at china border in order to protest china’s intrusion into Indian border. But the parliamentary affairs minister is keen on conducting the cabinet meeting at L.O.C with AK-47 in hand and each minister wearing bullet proof jacket. Unlike Nepal and Maldives ministers Indian ministers don’t need oxygen masks and scuba gear and what they need is good quality of bullet proof jackets and NSG commandos to protect them.
The 23 Cabinet members ( shown in picture) of Nepal wearing purple sashes reading “Save the Himalayas”, sat at folding tables next to the Everest base camp at an altitude of 17,192ft (5,250 meters). They signed a commitment to tighten environmental regulations and expand protected areas. Though they look like terrorist for Indian eyes, they are ministers of Nepal and India plans to have “Save Kashmir” at L.O.C. Four Nepali ministers declined to attend the meeting at such height due to health problem. Meanwhile many Indian senior ministers who fear terrorist attack are planning to produce medical certificate in order to avoid the meeting at LOC. Read the rest of this entry »
